Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The frame
must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email oremun.21@gmail.com with your order
number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item
arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong colorway.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your frame arrives cracked, broken or in the wrong colorway,
email us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund it
in full, and we cover the shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original
payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping
charges are not refunded.

COLOR AND FINISH

Every frame is 3D printed and finished by hand, so small
variations in color, layer texture and finish are normal and are
not defects.
