What to include
- A question about an order, or a return: your order number.
- Arrived damaged or in the wrong colorway: a photo, within seven days of delivery. I replace it or refund it in full, and I cover the shipping.
- Tracking has not moved in 7 business days: your order number, and I will trace it with USPS. If the package is confirmed lost, I replace it at no cost to you.
