Hi — I'm Jorge

I design and make every UPPP frame myself, in Santa Ana, California. There is no warehouse and no supplier. The printers are in my place, the frames come off them one at a time, and I inspect and pack every single one before it goes out.

UPPP opened in 2026 and it is still one person. When something goes wrong with your order, you are emailing me — not a support desk.

What UPPP makes

Sculpted license plate frames for standard US plates, 12 x 6 inches. $35 each, free shipping anywhere in the US.

Four lines are open right now:

Alien — a dripping shell with a sculpted alien gripping the right edge.
Slime — thick, wet-looking drips hanging off the bottom rail.
Utopia — soft vertical folds, shaped like heavy fabric caught mid-fall.
Dystopia — hard-surface panels, cut vents and layered plating.

Selected colorways charge in daylight and glow green after dark. That is marked on the product page when it applies.

How they are made

Each frame is printed and finished by hand, in small numbered batches. Because of that, color and layer texture can vary slightly from one batch to the next. That is not a defect — it is what a made-to-order part looks like.

When a batch closes, it does not come back in the same form.

On your car

Your plate characters, your state name and your registration stickers all stay fully visible. Like every license plate frame, the bottom rail sits over the very bottom edge of the plate.

It mounts with the plate screws already on your car — nothing is drilled, glued or permanent — and it comes off in about two minutes.

Plate frame rules vary from state to state, so it is worth a quick look at your local rules before you fit it.

30 days to change your mind. Send it back unused and uninstalled.
Arrives damaged or in the wrong colorway? Email me a photo within seven days. I replace it or refund it in full, and I cover the shipping.
Package confirmed lost by the carrier? I replace it at no cost to you. That is on me, not on you.
